TWENTY-NINE: I'M THANKFUL FOR: My parents. I can't say that growing up I felt that way, but being older and looking back my parents did a great job! They raised us in the gospel which first and foremost I am most thankful. They made sure we had everything we needed and wanted....home, clothes, food, toys, etc. I am so thankful for each of my parents strong qualities. They have taught me some great life lessons. My dad showed me how important it is to be dependable, how to be organized, how to keep files accurate, how to be money-saavy, how to be a grown up, and most important how to be independant and survive. My mom taught me how to cook, how to play piano (I was even lucky enough to have professional lessons for a year), how to be modest, how to raise children, how to show kindness towards others, how to love, and most important how to be as selfless as she is.
They truly love me and my family. I know I can go to them for ANYTHING and they would be more than willing to help out. I am so lucky to have my parents, who even through the toughest of times, can lean on eachother, stay together, and be the best parents to us kids!
