Spring Soccer

Well it's that time already...Spring Soccer. Last night were try-outs. It's the first year he had to try-out, and I think he did pretty good. They were split into 3 areas...kicking and passing to one another, running with the ball, and shooting into the goal.
It lasted about an hour, and then it was time for the coaches to decided what teams to put the boys on. It's my fault we keep forgetting to sign up every season. Most these kids have played every spring and fall since they were 4. We haven't had that luxury, but I know he did his best. I didn't see a lot of the kids he has played with in the past...so I wonder if they have moved on to AYSO or comp soccer.
He got chosen by Jodi Buchi and their team is the Bulldogs!
He chose #8...It must be his lucky number because he chooses it every season. So far they only have practices scheduled for the next 2 weeks. Their first game will be April 10th, after Spring Break. More to come with soccer then.
