Santa Clause Is Coming To Town

So alot of my neighbors think its so weird Syracuse City does this, but back east where I grew up, they did this every Christmas too...and it brings back fond memories. We heard the sirens from the other neighborhoods and waited till they reached ours. When we heard them super close, the kids got bundled up and ran outside to see Santa. All the kids were lined up down the street. As the firetruck came closer, the kids kept running along side it. They finally had to microphone out..."You only get so much candy no matter how long you follow us!" It made me laugh, but hey the kids around here get excited. My kiddos were having fun just being close to it and getting a few pieces of taffy. Rhett even said, "I know that's not the real Santa. He's just helping out!" I will be devastated when they stop believing!
