We started by carving pumpkins last night for Family Home Evening. We had so much fun digging out the insides and then carving fun designs. Rhett made up his design...a face with flaming eyes. I traced the other design that Ry picked out...a flying witch.
Today, we didn't do much before we went to Trick-or-Treat. The kiddos aren't allowed to wear costumes to school because they say it's not fair to those who don't wear them. I think it's dumb because I don't think it's fair for those who do want to wear them. Oh well!
J was supposed to come home and help me get the kiddos ready while I fed Kodes. Well he was 1 1/2 hrs late from work. Which had me getting 3 kids plus myself ready...all while nursing the baby, causing us to be late for dinner with the Checketts...so sorry!
I took some very quick shots of the kiddos...
Then we were off to Trick-or-Treat with Annie and the girls, Liz and Justin Wilcox and their boys, Melissa and Ryan Newbold and their boys, and Melissa and Adam Skousen and their kiddos. It was surely fun being with great friends and seeing all our neighbors out Trick-or-Treating...

After we were all done Trick-or-Treating, we went back to the Checketts to enjoy homemade Chili and Chicken Noodle Soup, Rolls, and homemade Root Beer. It was sooo yummy!
We then decided it was time to call it a night and get the kiddos home and ready for bed. It was a great holiday and we all had so much fun! Thanks friends!
