Fun In The Sun

The sun finally came out and dried up all the rain! So we are taking full advantage and doing our best to enjoy it while we can. We have this great group of friends-The Jensens, Howells, Nieforths, and us. All our kiddos get along great and us adults just love hanging out.
On this particular Sunday we packed up grills and headed for the park...it had boweries, a huge playground, firepit, baseball diamond, volleyball net, and plenty of room to run around and play; everything needed for a great outing. We were able to eat sooo much food which is a necessity at a bbq. After dinner, we let the kiddos play while we found some shade and talked.
After a good rest, we decided to do a little geo-caching. It really is fun; look it up for yourself and find some in your area. The kiddos just love the "hunt" and following the clues. We kept at it until dark. What a fun way to spend a summer day. And thanks to our great friends for having us come along.

Ry's first official crush...Kaden. She talks about him all the time. She even looks up his picture in Rhett's yearbook. Its so scary, she's only 4!

Then we started geo-caching....

And we found one. The scroll is in that little round magnet on the back of the pole.
